@1979RMM @Costco I mean, it is real in that you can touch it. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese it is not, but ‘parmesan” isn’t a protected-name in the US (dunno about Canada). Europe, yes. It is a Parmesan-style, which is true for almost all “parmesan” cheese sold in the US.

@1979RMM @Costco I’ve never made a cheese in that style though. My cheese making has been pretty much limited to mozzarella.
