@MarcoTWT05 @jzharmon1 @Cubs To be more silly specific, when the third out is the runner being out before first base. e.g. a play with two runner on and one out, first one scores, the second one is tagged out, the hitter misses the bag and is then thrown out at first — run doesn’t count.
