I just had the most amazing experience with @DellCares. I decided to buy one of their new XPS 13 2-in-1 laptops and wanted to buy a specific accessory advertised on the laptop’s product page. I searched everywhere. No dice. Jump on live chat. Told that it isn’t on Dell.com yet—can call/chat with accessories and they can add it to my cart.
I started a new chat. 35 minutes later they tell me it isn’t available and there are newer models. For an accessory too new to be on the site for a computer announced this week.
I was trying to give them money.
