@Wastelander0 @TomsDigest When I was in campus ministry at UT-Austin, the other ministry leaders serving the student population would meet often. Those people became trusted friends who understood the reality of ministry and being a minister.

    @Wastelander0 @TomsDigest As only a minor volunteer now, I don’t know how to replicate that. But as a full-time staff member, having that group was truly a blessing.
