@HardeepAsrani @voldemortensen @ChrisWiegman @jetpack The intent is definitely good (as the guy who wrote the integration). Jetpack is designed to work while activated and connected. If it is active and not connected, then why have it activated?
Without looking, may need to account for someone using development mode intentionally.

@HardeepAsrani @voldemortensen @ChrisWiegman @jetpack The site health integration connected the new core feature with the existing suite of debugging tests within jetpack that have been around as a suite for months, but existed as checks in various places since Jetpack… 2.3 or something ancient like that.
