@HEB I’m beyond frustrated with the Mueller pharmacy. Multiple times over months insurance wants to wait to process a refill and no notification from HEB. Person on phone says someone is supposed to call but it has never happened.

My guess is the people in the pharmacy ignore that part of the system or there is a very old bug that magically no one has reported even after previous times I’ve complained about it.
Love y’all but the pharmacy is a joke.
