@FrGoyo I appreciated a priest I used to work for would have a “Blue Christmas” Mass advertised around the city as Christmas for those who don’t feel like celebrating this year. Music subdued with the liturgy focused more on the less “happy” parts of the joy of Christmas.

@FrGoyo Reminded me of today’s second reading from OOR where we remember the whole point of Jesus being born was to die for us. That’s joyful but maybe not with the same outward expression we usually see today.
