I think calling potential to get sick from covid “a disability” is a stretch for a court (I’ll take it if they grant that), but a 26th amendment challenge to ballot by mail for those 65 years old+.

    Save you a search: The 26th amendment reads “The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age.”
