I see plenty of people on here trash the New York Times as a total rag of a paper.
What is the alternative? What’s a national/international newspaper that is deemed good to those who hate the NYT?
I don’t care about op-eds. What’s the better news source?

(My intention is not a fight. I want to read news written/edited/decided by those whose opinions I might not see when reading NYT/WaPo or listening to NPR). I used to read the WSJ’s site when I’d drink coffee at sbux since you can read online for free on their wifi.
