You know what hurts small online retailers more than Amazon? The bait-and-switch scam sites out of China. Pay $40 for something. They send the wrong thing and something a lot cheaper. They’ll refund you $4 to keep it or charge you $30 to ship it back for a refund.

    And worse is that @PayPal very happily supports these scams.
