@dblanchard I hear ya. Only the “red” outlets in the hospital would function, so hospitals would still be negatively impacted. I don’t know by how much. Ideally, our grid would be setup to be able to keep hospitals up and everything else off of it.

    @dblanchard I think having decades of light regulation (given the impact) is rearing its head.
