@FrMatthewLC @jdflynn @LeahLibresco I like the Mac way for that. Hold down n, then a little thing pops up showing the options, so long-press n and “1” will do it: ñ
or press option+n, a tilde will show on screen, then type the letter to go under it (for ñ, ã, etc).
Works everywhere, OS-wide.

@FrMatthewLC @jdflynn @LeahLibresco Windows didn’t seem to expect those characters to be needed on keyboards that didn’t natively include them. The code method allows to type anything, but def thought up by an engineer and not an UX person 🙂
