@rbtwelve @JRios1974 @statesman The percentage of hospital beds taken by COVID patients have very much increased in the last few weeks. When the Gov issued in EO the last week of July, none of the state regions had 15% COVID occupancy.

    @rbtwelve @JRios1974 @statesman 15% was the number in which county judges could change occupancy rates, until the EO at the end of last month.
