1. Three-digit interstates are by state, so there could be a 110 in every state 10 passes through. Usually either the western-most spur or at least was when it was numbered.

    1. Odd first digits are a spur that doesn’t need to connect two interstate highways. 110 in El Paso just spurs off to the border. 610 loops 10.

    An even doesn’t need to be a loop of itself, just connect two interstates. 240 in Oklahoma as example. It connects 40 to 44.
