    @GregAbbott_TX Remember when you said test positivity over 10% was a red flag?

    It hasn’t been under 10% since July 15.

    It’s been in the 18% range for the last week.

    @GregAbbott_TX If you’re vaccinated, things are generally okay enough. Sure.

    No one under 12 can get the vaccine and PICUs are full between RSV and COVID, yet blocking ISDs from putting mitigation in place is the hill you’re going to die on.
