@azrepublicguild @meganmmenchaca Can someone join a union and invoke this if the workplace is unorganized? As in, I don’t expect my place of work to be organized anytime soon but, as a manager, if I’m going to have those kind of conversations, I’d like my folks to have someone in their corner (like HR for co.)
