@LiturGeologist Side altars are one of those aspects of church architecture that I love to see/figure out what used to be one. Liturgically, I appreciate they aren’t needed for Masses anymore.

    @LiturGeologist I do get a kick out of seminaries built in the ~50s all seem to have a hallway off the sacristy with a handful of side altar chapels all with sliding glass doors. Not the architecture I find beautiful but do make me smile ha.
