@houbeerbum @HoustonTX Yeah most likely. After studying up when Austin couldn’t figure out their shit, the pressure dropped… The pressure is what keeps stuff out of the water in, say, cracks in the pipes.

Nothing has been actually found in the water though.

    @houbeerbum @HoustonTX So they have to tell you to boil it, and you should to be safe, but it is a precaution against the chance of something in the water more than knowing something is in the water.
