@GregAbbott_TX I’ve lived here 17 years—all but 1 year somewhere between 51st on the north end and Oltorf on the southern side, within central Austin. I don’t understand the fearmongering.

I’m glad the State finally realizes that some Texans need more help, but that isn’t anything new.
