@HEB Where’s the best place for me to submit some curbside feedback? I had an order that wasn’t ready at the set time (understandable), but the app said it was ready for pickup when I checked it around the time (8:30). Went to the store and sat in the spot until 9:50.

The order being delayed—that happens, not a huge deal—but ensuring the app accurately states the status and sets the proper expectation is my feedback. Getting the order at 9:50 isn’t a big deal, but having the expectation that it was ready b/c the app said so at 8:30. :-/
