While I’m lazy-webbing. Eyeglasses. Total power. I’m seeing conflicting things. If my Rx is, say (+4 -3) for a single eye, is my total power 7 or 1?

Trying out a new glasses provider & they’re suggesting a different way that I thought/find elsewhere online, meaning more $$ lens.
