@FGOABORG @googlefiber Depending on the product, the CSRs may sound competent, but so often the actual answers are off the mark.
The worst interactions have been issues between different Google products: IPv6 bouncing between WiFi and Fiber support or a payment issue between Fi and Google Pay.

@FGOABORG @googlefiber In both cases, the two divisions blamed each other, said the other division’s agent were wrong, etc across multiple conversations. For IPv6 issue, asking strangers on Reddit provided better, verifiable answers.
