@aarondeckler I agree. Last session they did pass laws to reduce the amount of increase that was allowed without a prop on the ballot.
Doesn’t handle my problem of property value increasing and, while Huffines does have a solution to that, dropping prop taxes isn’t going to solve anything.

@aarondeckler Like freezing your homestead value to that amount when you buy it is a really interesting idea. But, that doesn’t help the generational issue of families not being able to pass homes down when the grandparents pass (already an issue with the school district tax freeze for 65+)
