@FrHilderbrand Reminds me of the Anglican Use parishes pre-Ordinatiate. We had one in the Austin Diocese that disappeared. I don’t know, but I would guess either the community wasn’t stable. That’s a big thing for a personal parish—forseeable to have longevity?
