@roccopalmo What wasn’t clear to me—does he mean that, practically, EF parishes shouldn’t exist or even a single regular EF Mass shouldn’t be in a parish church?

Like is a weekly EF Mass at the Cathedral now banned, even if the bishop would permit it?
