@googlefi @MacManX 6-0092000031406 was the original one that was generated from the phone call but kicked to e-mail when the calls kept dropping. That’s the one the agent replied seemingly to say everything is fine without acting.

@googlefi @MacManX 7-0405000031526 is the e-mail one that the live chat agent generated to “escalate” the issue. The system said last updated a few hours ago, but I don’t see an e-mail update.
