@garytx @go8l1nqueen @gcamacho1275 @NatashaBertrand @donwinslow @andersoncooper Uvalde PD only has 28 officers. I don’t know anything but definitely wouldn’t expect a super fast response time. Does seem like “do what you can with what you got”.
