All those other things, yes. Given everything (bishops were specifically not included in the Dallas Charter), defroking makes sense

@PublicPriestley @timsykes3 @jdmulroon @JamesMartinSJ Imprisoned, yes, but TBH, given he is 88, I don’t expect him to live long enough to see inside of a jail. Either he’ll plead and avoid it somehow or die before getting locked up. (My pessimistic opinion)
