@fortyhigh @schrenk I wouldn’t say it is corporate at all, from working both sides of that coin. I was a FT business manager and still had a bookkeeper. Directed everything for the physical plant, HR, budget, compliance with civil and canon/diocesan policies, IT, etc etc.

    @fortyhigh @schrenk A strong finance council is great and that should be there in any case. Finance council sets direction and (ideally) oversight. Someone needs to execute.
