My mom might be 74 years old and need help plugging in the printer to get it to turn on, but pretty piss poor for @ATTCares to do such a subpar job because she doesn’t know it when she sees it.

I’m a geek so I know not to accept that, but especially seniors who don’t know tech at all but knows it keeps them from being lonely when family lives far away trust techs. Would the electric company just lay power lines like that? I’m livid.
