What about personal jurisdictions? Are they deferring to the local territorial diocese? Canonically, they aren’t bound to the territorial bishop. (Thinking Military Archdiocese or the Personal Ordinariate of St. Peter, not Opus Dei). Same Q w/ Eastern rites.

    The decision to suspend Masses is hard and have been overall inspired by local officials. Basically, how are the nationally scoped jurisdictions handling this?
