The governor, basically, killed the ability for locals to be stricter than him. The venue is technically a restaurant (51% or more of then $$ comes from food), so locals couldn’t touch it.

    @robertdall But as of last night, he only sold 84 tickets of the 2000 or so they were going to sell.
