@RyanL_Jordan @MongoDTX @GregAbbott_TX What unit of measurement is a “pandemic” & how do we know if we are not in the middle of it?

We are in the midst of a pandemic. It doesn’t really make any difference that we’re a year in except the evidence that distance/masks are best defense until ample vaccine supply exists.
