Despite what you think about Prop B, why is the City only _now_ determining where they can setup temporary camps? Should have started figuring that out before the election to be prepared either way.

    I’d also bet that if the City had already had a list of supported campsites (not just “allowed” but ones with services of some kind), Prop B might not have passed at all.
