@RaiderRed9 @Houston_brian That’s fair. I’m used to individual campus budgets that have relatively little from state sources. I don’t know how much these smaller HEF system schools take in money from the state via their respective systems.

    @RaiderRed9 @Houston_brian FTR, I would prefer that if a school is in the systems, they should be PUF. If there needs to be some endowment shuffling to support that, it should be part of the legal instrument used to transfer the school into it.
