This is a solid post. The key to me is this is still a novel virus to a lot of the population. We need more people to be vaccinated to help this become a non-issue. People catching it is one thing, the hospital system strain in the US South is a wholly different thing. twitter.com/benthompson/st…

    There are some flaws to saying everything will be rainbows. Long COVID and secondary infections (e.g. chicken pox ➡️ shingles) are not understood or known yet.

    Depending on how they play out, this optimistic post may end up both being completely right and completely wrong.
