A pet peeve is when a company lies to me. “I didn’t get my pkg.” “We shipped it.” “There’s no tracking number on the order status–what is it?” “We decided the package was lost. We’ve reissued the order, you won’t be charged again.”

Checks my credit card. The first charge cleared, now show a refund credit pending…
These answers just smell of trying to misdirect. It is a quick way to build distrust.
