@pat_ramsey @scottkclark To add, the *appraised* value increases to whatever they say it is worth, but for homestead the *taxed* value is locked to ≤10% per year. With the numbers out today, my taxed value will increase 10%/year for the next ~4 years if value says the same.

    @pat_ramsey @scottkclark Looking at historical values, excluding this huge bump, if it continues as it has for the last ten years, it may be a 10%/year increase for the next 10 years easy.
