Regarding student debt, I’ve paid off all my loans.
I definitely see both sides. Student debt is predatory. But, it’s still an agreed loan.
Without entertaining free tuition in this conversation, I’d want to see interest-free student loans.

It’s one thing to pay 1x or 1.1x your loan back. It’s another thing to pay multiples and still owe.
An interest-free loan is government investment in our future.
Is that the only thing to do? No, but it’s a step that I think could get more agreement across the board.
