@ProtoApostoli @FrHilderbrand We start in 3rd grade. Because of COVID, I took charge of the 7:30 am with pre/post Mass instruction (15 minutes as needed). Start vested doing little or candles with an experienced server with the other candle (easy to shadow).

@ProtoApostoli @FrHilderbrand Our numbers aren’t high so everyone serves about twice a month. The other Masses still do a Saturday, 3 hours twice a year. We were so thin at 7:30, I couldn’t really afford to tell a kid in October to wait until February for training, though.
@ProtoApostoli @FrHilderbrand I think it helps, too, that I’m a dad of two servers and I MC the Mass a couple times a month, so really trying to form community with that specific Mass’ servers.
