  • The longer that I’m a manager and am able to work with HR to make sure I’m doing my best on behalf of the company when having hard conversations with direct reports, I think employees should have an advocate on their end to help ensure they’re doing the best on their own behalf.

  • @BumpyNUX @DoorDash I did leave a huge freaking tip, so the Dasher at least banked tonight if it’s true that 100% of the Dasher tip actually goes to them.

  • We don’t usually use DoorDash, etc and yesterday had a subpar experience (order never arrive). Full refund plus a credit that was more than the original order. Using that tonight and leaving a huge tip for the Dasher. He’s at the restaurant really early waiting on it. 😀
