@pat_ramsey Our HOA (which I generally don’t like HOAs, but I digress) mandate native, less-water intensive plants for all landscaping. At least that is a concrete requirement to improve the water demand. Enough? Maybe, maybe not, but more than ERCOT apparently did after 2011.
