  • The American experiment is fragile. The experiment’s evolution, rightly, led to birthright citizenship. It has been understood since the amendment to mean what it is. It evolved to include Native Americans, again rightly. Such a massive reversal through Executive Order is absolutely anti-American. It would be wrong to amend the Constitution to end it, but…

  • In the end, there are two more young people who are the victims of gun violence in our country. There are probably two dozen more across the country today. Too many.

  • Processing the weekly cash deposit from the baseball fields concession stand… someone paid for candy and a soda with two $2 bills: one a 2017 series and one a *1928* series.

  • I just realized that, somehow, I didn’t add any of my allergy meds into my weekly medicine holder thing. And today I’m feeling it. Hard.
