@jtteag @githubstatus Trac isn’t ideal for first-timers, given how used to (generally) folks are with GitHub. GH has issues too—creating PRs without first creating an issue. The issue may be valid but the PR nowhere close. Easy for those problems to get lost w/o manual duplicative work, etc

    @jtteag @githubstatus I do very much appreciate @helenhousandi and team’s approach to figure out the whole picture, then decide on the tools that fit it vs just figuring out how to make a particular tool work well enough since it is popular right now.
