@VP @POTUS Respectfully, @realDonaldTrump and the GOP refusing to sign budgets for everyone besides DHS to reopen most of the government is a sign that you all are not willing to negotiate, or at least that you all prefer to hold the government hostage instead of moving on agreed items.
