@carlhancock @mattmedeiros I come from the POV of being in Jetpack Happiness (support) from 2013 until switching to development last year and it is an user problem. It can also be a marketing problem, but that’s not my background or what I care about personally.

    @carlhancock @mattmedeiros You are right though about the Backups suggestion. That is going past the line and we’re going to take it out.
