@Fuego03 Naw, I did call the city because at first I thought they just didn’t check the meter and they calculate the next year’s wastewater usage based on the winter water usage. I didn’t want them to catch up and show me using “double” in a month.

    @Fuego03 I went out to check the meter today and it says exactly what the bill said… which was the same as last month. Turning on all the downstairs sinks and sure enough, it’s not counting.
