I passed something through ChatGPT from Pope Leo XIV. It told me it was fictional. Why? Pope Francis is the Pope and Leo doesn’t exist. Told it to review the Vatican page on Leo with a link. It said it was suspect since it should have been widely reported and it has seen no headlines from western media about a new pope.

AI has legit, valid uses, but you really have to know how to use it. It’s a glorified calculator, not the sum of all knowledge.
