@ssevener Probably have a protected status. We have a few flags we add to accounts—one that prevents automatic systems from working against a site, another that prevents manual action (need to remove that before acting so must really mean it).

    @ssevener In our case, rules still apply, but to prevent an accidental action causing a major screw up. In Twitter’s case, ::shrug::.
