    @zamoose Even then, the court said it was fine and issued the order that led to them closing on the same day. During the Carter and Reagan administrations, the government basically admitted it was a bad call and Korematsu was formally cleared in the early 00s.

    @zamoose But, nevertheless, the notion that the government can, basically, do whatever they want with us in the name of national security/in times of war stands.
